Among Us is a popular online multiplayer game developed by the American game studio Innersloth. Released in 2018, it gained explosive popularity in 2020, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The game combines elements of social deduction, strategy, and teamwork, where players work together to complete tasks or, conversely, deceive others.

Tasks: Crewmates have a list of tasks, such as fixing wires, swiping cards, or aligning engines. Completing tasks is essential for the Crewmates' victory.
Sabotage: Impostors can cause disruptions like cutting off the lights, causing oxygen depletion, or initiating reactor malfunctions. Sabotages add pressure and create opportunities for the Impostor to kill Crewmates.
Emergency Meetings: Any player can call a meeting if they suspect an Impostor or if a body is discovered. Players discuss their suspicions and vote to eject someone they believe might be the Impostor.
Deception and Trust: Impostors must blend in and avoid suspicion by pretending to do tasks and playing along with the group. They often have to lie during discussions, creating a psychological game of bluffing and misdirection.
